The following information is provided to help you make more informed choices when submitting information to us (images/text etc) as well as sizes for garments.
Please submit any images/artwork that you want printing at the highest resolution you can.
- Ideally 300 dpi.
- In an EPS or SVG format if you want it to be scaled up say on a garment
- We can work with most image types including JPEG, PNG (this is the best format if you want a clear background behind the image), and PDFs
Please be aware that we have the right to refuse to print any information that you supply to us if it contravenes our terms and conditions (for example, if it would cause us to knowingly breach copyright).

The mugs that we sublimate onto are dishwasher and microwave safe (except the enamel mugs). However, to preserve the shine and design on the mug, you are advised to hand wash the mugs.
For garments, please wash between 30 – 40 degrees c. Iron on a low to medium heat, inside out. Washing instructions are included with the garment.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. This typically would be delivered 48 hours after we dispatch the item. Depending on delivery times this can take longer. Please contact us after 5 business days if you have not received your goods and we will attempt to track down the item for you.
We use environmentally friendly packaging where possible as shown in the pictures. Your product will typically be contained in a cardboard shipping box and then enclosed in a suitably sized biodegradable / recyclable shipping bag.
As the goods are made to order and can often be personalised, we cannot accept exchanges or cancellations once payment has been made.

If the goods are deemed to be faulty or damaged (e.g. via postal delivery for example) please contact us in the first instance (and certainly within 14 days of delivery).
